Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year. This contract position involves providing coverage for openings, personal and maternity leaves, etc. across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and address speech and language impairments, including stuttering, voice disorders, language impairments, and impaired articulation.
  • Provide therapy for expressive language issues, receptive language issues, phonological issues, articulation issues, pragmatic language issues, voice issues, and speech fluency issues.
  • Design and implement consultative services for students.
  • Develop strategies to incorporate assistive technology to support student learning.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid WA state licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with students with speech and language impairments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective therapy and intervention plans.
