At Aon, we're seeking a skilled Account Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Canada. As an Account Specialist, you'll play a key role in assisting Account Executives, Associate Account Executives, and Brokers on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients and undertaking client-facing, market-facing, and internal activities related to these processes.
What You'll Do
- Assist Account Executives, Associate Account Executives, and Brokers on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients.
- Undertake client-facing, market-facing, and internal activities related to these processes.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements
- Bilingual (English and French) is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills are essential.
- A Broker's license is required, or you must obtain one within 4 months of starting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain rapport and open, effective communication with clients and insurers are crucial.
- Ability to manage open items and respond to client or insurer ad-hoc requests.
- Actively manages and supports the Aon 120-day renewal process.
- Ability to work in alignment with the Aon Leadership Model and its pillars of Client Value, Unmatched Teams, Innovation, Results, and Values.
