What You'll Do

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English and French) is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills are essential.
  • A Broker's license is required, or you must obtain one within 4 months of starting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain rapport and open, effective communication with clients and insurers are crucial.
  • Ability to manage open items and respond to client or insurer ad-hoc requests.
  • Actively manages and supports the Aon 120-day renewal process.
  • Where applicable, serves as the primary interface with Aon Client Services (ACS), coordinating activities of the client service team and ACS to ensure that key processes assigned are performed effectively.
