Commercial Sales Director

Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities through independent and collaborative efforts.
- Develop and refine sales strategies to target market segments and maximize revenue growth.
- Continuously adapt and improve cold-calling techniques to attract new clients and achieve sales targets.
- Effectively interact with clients to gather information and build long-term relationships.
- Exhibit exceptional active listening skills to understand client needs and turn leads into sales opportunities.
- Utilize outstanding organizational skills to efficiently manage the CRM program and drive sales performance.
Requirements
- Proof of FOI License within 3 months.
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree an asset.
- Proven relationship builder with strong negotiation, selling, and closing techniques.
- A resilient team player with a positive attitude and a hunter mindset.
- An entrepreneurial mentality for proactively seeking and closing new business opportunities.
Work Environment
- Full-time, permanent position with 37.5 hours/week.
- Location: Winnipeg, MB.
- Salary Range: Salary + New Business Commission.
