Key Responsibilities

  • Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities through independent and collaborative efforts.
  • Develop and refine sales strategies to target market segments and maximize revenue growth.
  • Continuously adapt and improve cold-calling techniques to attract new clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Effectively interact with clients to gather information and build long-term relationships.
  • Exhibit exceptional active listening skills to understand client needs and turn leads into sales opportunities.
  • Utilize outstanding organizational skills to efficiently manage the CRM program and drive sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proof of FOI License within 3 months.
  • Post-Secondary diploma or degree an asset.
  • Proven relationship builder with strong negotiation, selling, and closing techniques.
  • A resilient team player with a positive attitude and a hunter mindset.
  • An entrepreneurial mentality for proactively seeking and closing new business opportunities.

Work Environment

  • Full-time, permanent position with 37.5 hours/week.
  • Location: Winnipeg, MB.
  • Salary Range: Salary + New Business Commission.
