About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at 1361326 Ontario Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Team Leadership
    • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Technology and Systems
    • Operate electronic cash registers and MS Office software to manage daily operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
