Job Title: Technical Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Westbay Instruments. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Expand market presence and grow distribution network;
  • Provide technical support to customers and distributors;
  • Prepare quotes and bid applications;
  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline;
  • Perform product demonstrations and training;
  • Regular reporting for management.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of project sales experience in environmental, water basin management, geotechnical, geologic repository, fracking, or oil and gas applications;
  • University degree in Environmental Science or Hydrogeology;
  • Experience in managing distributors and working with end users;
  • Proven experience in technical sales with a track record of achieving sales targets;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
