Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Brock Group. As a key member of our Business Operations department, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects and teams to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, quality, and profitability.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including project teams, customers, and senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and profitability.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Certifications: PMP and PMI certification, or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
