Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations and drive sales growth. As a senior leadership role, you will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, controlling payroll wage costs, preventing loss, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven track record of maintaining operational excellence and controlling payroll wage costs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to grow and develop future leaders.
  • Excellent sales floor coaching skills with a focus on performance.
  • Eye for detail in visual merchandising and inventory management.
