Senior Policy Analyst

Ontario Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist, Policy & Planning to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing laboratory medicine programs that meet the needs of our province.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth jurisdictional scans and literature reviews to stay up-to-date on laboratory medicine policies, regulations, and research.
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of qualitative and quantitative inputs to support quality improvement initiatives, planning, and implementation.
- Plan and manage small projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Research, analyze, and generate information to support project and/or program goals.
- Develop products such as briefing notes, reports, executive summaries, protocols, and presentations for key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline (Health Science, Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health), or recognized equivalent.
- Expertise and experience in qualitative analysis, literature searches, policy analysis, and business strategy.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
