Job Summary
The Royal Canadian Air Force is seeking a skilled Refrigeration and Mechanical Technician to provide critical engineering support to operational units. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as refrigeration and aircraft-arresting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Support the operation of radar systems and ensure their optimal performance
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability and efficiency
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
