Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective operations.
  • Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure a strong leadership team.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate and approve promotional campaigns and human resources planning.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a business or financial services organization.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong financial and administrative skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions quickly.
