Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in the healthcare, education, and social services sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing resources, and representing the organization in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Manage and allocate resources to achieve strategic objectives
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Lead and manage senior staff and middle managers
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management position
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
