Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Secure Mailing Systems Inc.

Job Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate promotional campaigns
  • Manage events, conduct performance reviews, and select middle managers and directors
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior executive role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other business software
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships
