Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Secure Mailing Systems Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our organization's strategic direction and operational execution.

Job Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth and success. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and develop executive staff, and create optimal working conditions
  • Manage events, conduct performance reviews, and establish financial and administrative controls
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Office and MS Outlook proficiency
  • Experience in managing large workloads and prioritizing tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
