About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Shergill Developments Inc. in the construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and ensure timely completion.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and ensure budget adherence.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on all construction sites.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
