We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Shergill Developments Inc. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that customer service representatives have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer service representatives, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

Our team works in various locations, including residential construction, commercial and/or industrial construction.
