Job Summary:

The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, supervising teams, and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customer service standards are met.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that customer service standards are maintained.
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and leading a team to achieve customer service goals.

Tasks:
  • Prepare production and other reports.
  • Supervise workers and projects.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.

  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Read blueprints and drawings.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
  • Leading/instructing individuals.
