Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customer service standards are met.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that customer service standards are maintained.
- Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and leading a team to achieve customer service goals.
