About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Shergill Developments Inc. in the construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, co-ordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to build a strong and diverse team.
  • Train or arrange for training to develop the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support project needs.
Work Environment

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with various locations, including residential and commercial construction sites. You will be required to work 40 hours per week and have a strong understanding of the construction industry and its regulations.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to estimate costs and materials.
