Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Noodle Box. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Restock condiments and supplies as needed to ensure a smooth service
  • Maintain accurate records of food quantities and inventory levels
  • Package take-out food and prepare food for customers to-go
  • Portion and wrap food items to meet customer requests
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a fresh and appealing selection
  • Take customer orders and respond to their needs in a professional and courteous manner
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for service
Work Environment

As a Food Service Attendant at Noodle Box, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.

Requirements
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and inventory levels
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
