Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Coco Fresh Tea & Juice. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Package take-out food and prepare orders for customers to take away.
- Portion and wrap foods to meet customer requests and dietary needs.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a fresh and appealing selection of food and beverages.
- Take customers' orders and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
- Handle and store cleaning products in a safe and responsible manner.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
- Repetitive tasks and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- Reliability and team player attitude to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
