Job Title: Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Attendant to join our team at Coco Fresh Tea & Juice. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a smooth service
  • Package take-out food and prepare orders for customers
  • Portion and wrap foods to meet customer requirements
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen
  • Take customers' orders and provide excellent customer service
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas to maintain high standards of hygiene
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure
  • Repetitive tasks and ability to maintain focus
  • Standing for extended periods and ability to move around the kitchen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
