- Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure efficient food preparation and minimize waste.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
