About the Role

This position will be based out of our Burnaby Still Creek Head Office. You will provide exceptional customer experience working with various Production teams, follow HUB Service Guidelines, process all documentation according to HUB workflows, formally correspond with customers and insurers, manage account reconciliation working with the Accounting team, maintain accuracy of electronic files, review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from insurers, abeyances and follow-up for outstanding information & documentation, review and prioritize all assigned tasks on a daily basis including mail, emails, abeyances/activities, provide back-up support for other departments and Reception on an as-needed basis, and continue professional development in order to enhance skills and abilities.

Requirements
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with focus on Excel and Word.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
