Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

MR. SUB is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and portioned to meet quality standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that food is presented attractively and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment:

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide excellent customer service and high-quality food. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Language:

The primary language spoken in our establishment is English.

Work Schedule:

Our establishment operates 35-40 hours per week.
