Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Karahi Boys. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to maintain high-quality food standards.
