About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Engineering and Technology Innovation to join our team at BBA Consultants. This is a key leadership position that requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our business goals
  • Spearhead the alignment of our technological resources, expertise, and practices with our strategic objectives
  • Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of practice standards to enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and business performance
  • Ensure our practice areas meet industry standards and comply with regulations
  • Integrate advanced technology and software into engineering to boost efficiency, innovation, and quality, speed of delivery, and quality of deliverables
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and professional development within our teams
  • Lead the adoption of new technologies and methods
  • Establish and manage an innovation portfolio
  • Build partnerships with external organizations
  • Design and implement educational strategies aligned with our strategic goals and partner with universities, educational consultants, and industry experts to develop curriculums
  • Manage internal and external training programs
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Manage quality systems
  • Implement a zero-cost overhead structure for the firm while tools, software, training, and expertise are billed to our clients
  • Collaborate with other senior executives to align best practice goals with overall business objectives
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of initiatives
  • Report on progress and outcomes to the executive team and board of directors

  • You have a strong background in engineering and technology innovation
  • You possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate people and lead change
  • You have a proven track record of developing and launching innovative, profitable products and solutions
  • You have a strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable solutions and technology strategies
  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels

Estimated Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
