Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Dunrovin Park Lodge in Quesnel. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide compassionate patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to clients in a residential care setting, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver client-centered care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
  • One year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
