Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Dunrovin Park Lodge in Quesnel. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide compassionate patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients in a residential care setting, working within the context of a client and family-centered care model.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct assessments, plan, and provide nursing care, and may provide direction to other staff as needed.
  • Operate within the expected competencies within the Entry to Practice Competencies, Scope of Practice, and Standards of Practice as outlined by BC College of Nurses and Midwives.
Requirements
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
  • One (1) year of recent, related acute care or residential experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
