Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Stone & Tile By Hyatt Inc. As a Sales Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information to support sales activities.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Office Administration: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a professional environment for the sales team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
