**Sales Support Coordinator (Entry Level)**

- The Sales Support Coordinator position will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support for the sales team in a variety of capacities. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and be assigned various support related tasks. This position is critical to the success of our high growth sales team.**Key Responsibilities**
- Support for the CRO and CEO.Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
-Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, and meetings.
-Coordinating trade shows and other events.
-Maintain reports and dashboards.
-Developing and distributing sales documents including training materials and ongoing communications.
-Assisting our global sales teams.
-Bridge communication between sales, marketing and other teams.
-Administrative Tasks: Support administrative processes including but not limited to tracking manager tasks and performance check-ins.
-Take the lead on sales related projects and see them through to completion.
-Meeting Secretary: Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
-Team Building: Assist in organizing and coordinating team-building activities and initiatives.
-Support the office culture and executive team as required.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Assist with purchasing supplies, mailing new hire items and other office requirements
**This is a new position that is evolving with the company, and the key responsibilities may shift as priorities change for the sales department.**
**Preferred Qualifications**Post Secondary degree or diploma.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Google Suite
-Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
-Previous administrative experience is a strong asset
**Total Compensation**:
- This position pays an annual salary of CAD$40,000 plus stock options, health benefits (including HSA and EAP), free gym membership (on-site), flexible Paid Time Off, educational resources, subsidized parking and more**Environment**:
