Job Title: Information Technology Manager

Paterson GlobalFoods Inc. is seeking a seasoned Information Technology Manager to lead our IT team in driving technology strategy and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the application development team and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Supervise the technology support team and ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Develop and implement network security and cybersecurity plans to protect our systems and data.
  • Approve and supervise all technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage vendor and consultant relationships to secure best-in-class solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to technology staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and implement overall technology direction and resiliency strategies.
  • Collaborate with the corporate management team to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the GMS business needs and activities team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Create and supervise technology policies, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership position.
  • Ability to travel to other company facilities as required.
