Job Title: Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse with the City of Thunder Bay, you will play a vital role in providing leadership and clinical expertise to our Long Term Care team at Pioneer Ridge Home for the Aged.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and implement clinical programs to ensure high-quality care for residents.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services for residents.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Experience in Long Term Care or gerontology.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
