Senior Process Operator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Operator to join our team at trajectorE. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in the commissioning and start-up of our mineral processing operation in Newfoundland.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform processing operations tasks during commissioning, start-up, and ramp-up of mineral processing equipment.
- Monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems to detect and correct equipment malfunctions.
- Review process data and report any deviations to plant management to minimize plant delays and breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot process issues and work with engineering and maintenance to find effective solutions.
- Review and update standard operating procedures as needed.
- Ensure new operators are well-trained and have the skills and knowledge they need to do their jobs safely and effectively.
- Coach operators in carrying out duties and promote a culture of safety and environmental protection in the workplace.
- 10 years of experience in process operations of a mineral or chemical processing facility.
- Experience with mineral processing processes and systems is a must.
- Strong problem-solving skills, strong work ethic, and desire for efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
