Position Overview

The Site Audit Supervisor - Gaming Compliance and Technical is responsible for leading the audit team in reviewing and balancing gaming revenues and volumes. This role ensures adherence to all policies and procedures while promoting a safe and welcoming work environment.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Exceeds guest expectations by providing outstanding customer service
  2. Provides leadership, direction, and mentoring to the audit team
  3. Assists in the implementation of departmental strategic plans
  4. Reviews, enters, and balances daily gaming revenues
  5. May assist with payroll and scheduling reconciliation
  6. Distributes revenue reports to management and regulatory bodies
  7. Reviews cage closeouts (Some locations)
  8. Communicates effectively with all operational departments
  9. Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members
  10. Complies with licensing laws, health, and safety regulations

Education and Qualifications

  1. High School diploma; Administrative certificate an asset
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in administration; minimum 1 year in casino operations an asset
  3. Previous supervisory experience an asset
  4. Fluency in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  6. Proven ability to prioritize work in an efficient and organized manner
  7. Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills

Work Environment Considerations

  • Regular office environment, non-traditional work hours may be required in certain circumstances, some travel may be required
