About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to join our team at Progress Glass Company Ltd. as a key member of our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure sales team performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
