Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Smashbox. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, modeling the behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Use your retail expertise to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve store objectives and implement company initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics or beauty environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized service.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country.
