We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Key Holder to join our team at Inspired Cannabis. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Assign sales workers to duties and manage the sales floor
- Manage cash and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Reliability and dependability
