Key Holder

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Key Holder to join our team at Inspired Cannabis. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Hire and train or arrange for training of sales staff
- Manage cash and maintain accurate records
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff, including scheduling and time management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliability and dependability, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and work independently
