Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent oral communication skills.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, client focus, and flexibility.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to newcomers and refugees.
