**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Grovehill Investments Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Establish efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our clients
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
* Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet demand
* Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles
* Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently
* Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete
* Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that they are presented to the highest standard

**Requirements**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service role, or equivalent experience

**Work Environment**

* Permanent position
* English language required
* 30 to 40 hours per week
