Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement data governance and risk management practices at an enterprise level.
- Oversee the development, review, and monitoring of compliance with data governance processes, and lead investigations and reporting of any violations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data governance controls and policies into key organizational processes.
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops, and handle key communications to enhance data governance knowledge and practices across the organization.
- Facilitate change management activities to ensure the adoption of changes, and implement measurement systems to monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in developing and implementing data governance and risk management practices at an enterprise level.
- Demonstrated experience in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of workshop facilitation, change management methodologies, tools, program and project management, and adult education.
- Excellence influencing, communication, problem solving, project management and presentation skills.
- CDMP certification.
- Knowledge of, or familiarity with, data literacy, data management and governance, data governance policies and standards.
Salary Range $110,000.00 USD. Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
Retirement Plans: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually.
