- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience and that their needs are met.
- Financial Management: Manage cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our café and attract new customers.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
