We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Culbert's Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
- Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet our high standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure a smooth production process.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
