Agricultural Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agro Coordinator to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As an Agro Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class customer service, maintaining department cleanliness and housekeeping standards, and assisting with various agricultural operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Assist with maintenance on fertilizer assets, including storage sheds, fertilizer legs, augers, spreaders, and delivery trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving incoming and loading outgoing inventory as needed.
- Logistics and Delivery: Deliver fertilizer, chemicals, seed, feed, and cattle equipment to farmers and our site at The Pas.
- Training and Certification: Become trained in certifying NH3 tanks for backup purposes.
- Site Maintenance: Assist with site maintenance, including snow removal, lot grading, weed control, and mowing.
- Other Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of related experience in agriculture or a related field.
- Driver's License: A valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Heavy Equipment Operation: Ability to operate heavy-duty equipment while ensuring safety rules and regulations are followed.
- Physical Demands: Ability to fulfill physical job requirements, including manual labor and occasional heavy lifting.
- Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
- Personal Qualities: Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strives to be the best in what you do.
