Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our Retail Operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating fleet, power mobile equipment, and facilities maintenance for our Home Centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for fleet, power mobile equipment, and facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communicate results to relevant parties.
  • Ensure fleet, power mobile equipment, and facilities are well-maintained and conduct repairs/maintenance as required.
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in safety training and contribute to the development of our safety program.
  • Assist in incident investigations and ensure compliance with all legal and environmental requirements.
Requirements
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Any relevant certification or trade is an asset.
