- We are currently seeking a Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Domino's.
About the Role:
- The Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: The Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and business.
- Staff Supervision: The manager will supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: The Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other essential skills.
- Inventory Management: The manager will estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: The Food Service Operations Manager will ensure that all food and services meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: The manager will maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Reporting: The Food Service Operations Manager will prepare and submit regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
