Food Service Manager

Guac Mexi Grill is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring excellent customer service and quality food preparation
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a positive and productive work environment
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory, minimizing waste and ensuring timely ordering
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
- Monitor and maintain records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights for business growth and improvement
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction, supporting data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings meet customer expectations and business goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service
- Fast-paced food service environment
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Standing for extended periods
- Physically demanding, with a focus on lifting, bending, and carrying
- Client focus, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Efficient interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers
