Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McSound Investments Inc. as a key member of our food service operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless food service operations.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffOversee and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and efficient operations.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Inventory Management and ControlEstimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.
Staff Recruitment and ManagementRecruit, hire, and manage food service staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Work Schedule ManagementEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring efficient operations and optimal staff utilization.
