We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef Manager to join our team at Pattersons Family Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items
• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
• Analyze operating costs and other data
• Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers
• Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
