Sales Director

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Eastern Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with our dealers and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales growth and market share in the given geographical area.
Lead Sales TeamLead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
Build RelationshipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with our dealers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market IntelligenceResearch and track competitor product pricing levels, activities, programs, and tactics to ensure Brandt's pricing, programs, and marketing strategies are positioned to penetrate new markets and grow existing markets profitably.
Product DevelopmentIdentify attachment product development opportunities that promote differentiation, enhance market penetration, and deliver increased profit opportunities for Brandt.
Inventory ManagementProvide insights and input on the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and profitability goals as per Brandt's business objectives for various product categories.
Travel and RepresentationTravel extensively throughout the regional network to actively support direct visits with major customers and dealers, and to represent Brandt at trade shows and other industry events.
Requirements- Strong Sales and Leadership Skills
Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience in a similar role.
Strategic ThinkingAbility to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales growth and market share.
Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and other stakeholders.
Market KnowledgeStrong knowledge of the market, including competitor product pricing levels, activities, programs, and tactics.
Product KnowledgeStrong knowledge of Brandt's products and services, including attachment product development opportunities.
